Cancellation Policy
There is a $40 minimum/50% of service amount "no-cancellation" fee. Clients must cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid the fee. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Once late, you are considered a "no-show" and the cancellation fee applies. There will be a charge for extremely tangled hair. Please have hair detangled prior to appointment.
